Unable to connect to device WiFi?

1.If it is an Apple phone, please make sure the local network permissions(Settings->VUEScope->Local Network) are turned on.
2.If it is an Android phone, you can consider deleting the device WiFi (Settings->WiFi->Forget)and reconnecting to the device WiFi. The phone system may pop up a prompt 'Do you want to keep the current network connection?', be sure to keep it.

Device files cannot be shared through the app?

Check whether the file can be played normally. If it cannot be played, it means it is an error file and it is recommended to delete it. If it can be played, you can consider using the ‘Format’ function(View the video, there is a Format button in the function list below) to transcode it into a .mov or .mp4 file and share it again.

How to transfer device files?

1.If it is a Windows computer, you can use a typec cable to connect to the PC and view it on the PC.
2.If it is a mac computer, use a typec cable to connect to the mac. Download and install OpenMTP on the mac computer, and use it to access the device's files.
3.If it is a mobile phone, please use the sharing function or download to the mobile phone album.

How do I upgrade my device?

If the App has pushed the latest device software, an upgrade prompt box will pop up when you open the App while connected to the Internet. After the user downloads the firmware, he or she will be prompted to connect to the device. After connecting to the device's WiFi, the App will upload the software to the device and the device will automatically upgrade. All you need to do is wait patiently for the device to restart or shut down.
